Biography

Simon Vasseur-Bacle is a clinical psychologist at the EPSM Lille Metropole and is in charge of international affairs at the WHO Collaborating Centre for research and training in Mental Health (Lille, France).

His research themes are antisitigma actions, empowerment and respect of Human Rights in mental health.

In particular, he coordinates the development of the WHO QualityRights programme in France and in French-speaking countries.
