BiographyI completed my M.P.H. in Health Policy and Management and Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy from National Taiwan University. I dedicate myself to developing and enhancing the resilience of people with mental disability on their recovery journey and promoting mental health in the workforce area. I have over 36 years’ experience in the mental health sector as a clinician, administrator, teacher, researcher, mental health advocate and lobbyist and implementer of mental health services.
I have previously served as the President of Taiwan Occupational Therapy Association (1994-1998) and Director of Taoyuan Psychiatric Hospital (2004-2009). I now serve as the Director of Vocational Rehabilitation Resource Center in Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Region, President of Harm Reduction Association in Taiwan, and President of Mental Health Association in Taiwan.
