Guest Attendance Policy
All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, commercial exhibition, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
Liability and Insurance
Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls.
The 23rd World Congress of the World Federation for Mental Health Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
The Congress Organisation strongly recommends that all attendees arrange their own travel insurance, including cancellation insurance, and any other coverage that may interest them.
All cancellations must be requested in written, sending an email to the following address firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the registration to be cancelled:
Cancellations requested before August 31st 2021: 75% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, discounting 25% for administrative expenses.
Cancellations requested from August 31st 2021 to 24th October 2021: 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed
Cancellations requested from October 25th 2021: registration fee will not be reimbursed resulting in 100% loss of the registration fee.
