Reservation procedure

Reservations can be made through the official website or through the accommodation reservation form, which must be sent to the Technical Secretariat by email reservations@wfmh2022.com 
We would like to inform you that these hotel reservations have been made with financial risk on our behalf and are subject to cancellation policies imposed by the establishment. For this reason, the reservations will only be considered as confirmed when their corresponding payments have been processed and registered by the Technical Secretariat.  
Important:
From the moment the reservation is made, there will be a 2-day period for its payment to be made and communicated to the Technical Secretariat (by email to reservations@wfmh2022.com ) Otherwise, the hotel reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Individual hotel reservations cancellation policy

Cancellations need to be made in writing and sent to the Technical Secretariat: reservations@wfmh2022.com 

  • Reservations cancelled prior to the 14th of april, 2022 will carry no cancellation fees.
  • Reservations cancelled between the 16th of april and the 30th of May, 2022 will carry a cancellation fee of 50%.
  • Cancellations that take place from after june, 01th will incur a cancellation fee of 100%.

Payment methods

By bank transfer: It is essential that you send a copy of the bank transfer by email to reservations@wfmh2022.com indicating name of the conference and participant. Once we have verified the payment has entered our account, we will confirm the hotel reservation by e-mail.
